ABOUT ME

Hi, my name is Vanessa and I am a registered psychologist in the beautiful city of Medicine Hat, Alberta. I am here to guide you through life’s most complex and difficult matters. I truly care about your well-being and guarantee top of the line counselling and psychological services catered to your needs.

My helping profession began in 2005, when I worked as an Early Childhood Educator for special needs children. I also worked as a behavioural interventionist for a Calgarian company before moving to Northern Alberta to be with my husband. There, I worked as a Student Wellness Coach for the local school division, providing universal and individual mental health services to students and their families. 

I earned my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University in 2018 while completing a practicum as a school Mental Health Therapist. 

Life has found me settled in the Medicine Hat area with my husband, two young sons and the family pets. I have been providing a number of specialized therapeutic services, through Private Practice, to those dealing with challenging life experiences.
